Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Color With Live. Our products are digital downloads for use in Ableton Live, and we want you to be happy with what you get.

Our promise

If you are not happy with a purchase, contact us within 30 days and we will refund you. You do not need to give a reason. We would like to know what went wrong so we can improve, but a refund is not conditional on it.

How to request a refund

Email team@colorwithlive.com or use the contact form on our site. Include the email address you used at checkout and your order number. Refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 days to show it.

Did not receive your download

If your download link did not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact us. We will resend it the same day. If we cannot deliver the file, you get a full refund automatically.

Technical and compatibility help

Our stencils require Ableton Live and the version listed on each product page. If a file will not open, or something is not working as described, contact us before requesting a refund. Most issues are solved in one reply, and support is free. If we cannot fix it, you get a refund.

Wrong product

If you bought the wrong stencil, contact us and we will swap it for the one you wanted, or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Before you contact your bank

If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us first at team@colorwithlive.com. We answer every email and we refund on request, so a dispute with your bank is never necessary and takes far longer to resolve.
